Uno spilles med særlige UNO-kort. Et spil består af xxx blade fordelt på:

Hver UNO-spiller tildeles ved spillets start 7 velblandede kort. Spillet går derefter ud på ved dets afslutning at have afleveret alle kort til ?. De øvrige spillere sidder hver især tilbage med kort med med en større eller mindre samlet vørdi (points).

UNO-twist spilles efter de helt normale regler, men med fokus på de øvrige spillere.

Strip UNO

All you need is an UNO deck to get started. Deal the cards out and play the game as you normally would. Once a player plays the last card in their hand, all the players who still have cards have to take off a piece of clothing. Keep playing hands until there’s only 1 person left wearing clothes.
Alternatively, only have the player who has the most cards in their hand take off a piece of clothing.
